Privacy Policy
1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the AtlasFuel mobile application, its support pages, and the services used to operate them. UKID Inc is the operator of AtlasFuel. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@ukidinc.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information: Supabase user ID and, when you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and provider information.
- Profile and health-related information you enter: age, sex used for metabolic estimates, height, weight, target weight, goals, activity and training preferences, dietary patterns, restrictions, allergies, medical-safety answers, water target, and notification choices.
- Logs you create: meals, food quantities, calories and nutrients, water, activity, step-derived calories when you explicitly enable phone step access, weight check-ins, streaks, rank progress, Fuel points, and scan/reward history.
- Meal scan information: a photo you choose from the camera or gallery, detected foods, estimated portions, language/region hints, and the foods and quantities you confirm. AtlasFuel removes EXIF metadata, resizes the image, processes it in memory, and does not intentionally keep the submitted image after analysis.
- Device and operational information: app platform/version, installation or request identifiers used for fraud prevention and scan accounting, error and security logs, consent signals, and notification permission state.
- Advertising information on Android: advertising identifiers, approximate region, consent choices, ad impressions/interactions, and rewarded-ad verification information processed by Google Mobile Ads.
3. Why we use information
We use information to calculate and display nutrition targets; sync an authenticated account; analyze and confirm meal components; calculate calories and nutrients; provide reminders, progress, streaks, ranks and Fuel points; prevent abuse and duplicate rewards; serve and measure ads with the required consent; maintain security; respond to support; and comply with law.
4. Automated estimates and health notice
AtlasFuel provides estimates and decision support, not diagnosis or medical treatment. AI meal recognition, calorie estimates, body-weight projections and allergen warnings can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm every detected food and quantity. Do not rely on AtlasFuel for an allergic reaction, medical emergency, eating-disorder treatment, pregnancy care, or a clinician-prescribed diet.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate AtlasFuel:
- Supabase for authentication and account data storage.
- Railway for the AtlasFuel application service.
- Google for Google sign-in, Gemini meal analysis, Google Mobile Ads and rewarded-ad verification.
- USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts for food-catalog searches. Search terms may be sent to these catalog services.
- Expo/device services for application runtime and local notifications.
- Zoho Mail when you contact AtlasFuel support.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Storage and retention
Guest data is stored on the device unless you explicitly sign in and move it to an account. Authenticated profile and log data is retained while the account is active. Deleting the account removes the active AtlasFuel identity and associated application records. Limited security logs or provider backups may remain temporarily according to provider schedules or legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. AtlasFuel does not sell personal information.
7. Your choices and rights
- Use AtlasFuel as a guest where available.
- Decline camera, gallery, notification, physical-activity or advertising consent permissions.
- Turn off phone step access and personalized ad consent from app settings.
- Export the AtlasFuel data currently loaded for your account.
- Correct profile data in the app.
- Delete your AtlasFuel account and its active cloud data in the app or through the web deletion page.
Depending on where you live, additional access, correction, objection, restriction or portability rights may apply. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
AtlasFuel is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. Do not create an AtlasFuel account for a child.
9. Security
AtlasFuel uses encrypted network connections, access controls, per-user database rules, server-authoritative reward accounting and limited-purpose identifiers. No system is completely secure; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as AtlasFuel changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated as required.
