Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing AtlasFuel you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
2. The service
AtlasFuel provides nutrition planning, meal logging, food-catalog calculations, progress tools, reminders, AI-assisted photo proposals, ads and optional rewards. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable.
3. Estimates require your review
Calories, macros, portions, body metrics, projections, detected foods and allergens are estimates. Images can be misread and catalog values vary. You are responsible for confirming foods, quantities and labels before saving or acting on a result.
4. Medical and safety limitations
Consult a qualified clinician or registered dietitian before significant dietary, weight or supplement changes. Do not use AtlasFuel as the sole basis for managing allergies, diabetes, kidney disease, pregnancy, eating disorders, medication interactions or any other medical condition. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your device and sign-in account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others. You may delete your AtlasFuel account from the app or through the deletion page. Deleting AtlasFuel does not delete your Google account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not abuse the service, automate excessive requests, bypass scan or ad limits, falsify rewarded-ad completion, create accounts to obtain duplicate grants, probe security controls, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or providers.
7. Fuel points, ads and offers
Fuel points and rank XP are in-app features with no cash value. They are not transferable, redeemable for money or guaranteed to remain available. Rewards are granted only after server verification. Ads may not always be available, and AtlasFuel does not promise a reward for an incomplete or unverified ad event.
8. Third-party services
AtlasFuel relies on Google, Supabase, Railway, USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts and other providers. Their services and terms may apply. AtlasFuel is not responsible for third-party outages, catalog errors, advertising content or external links.
9. Intellectual property
AtlasFuel branding, software and original content are owned by or licensed to UKID Inc. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, lawful purposes.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, AtlasFuel is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted availability or medical suitability. UKID Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of estimates, third-party services or unavailable features. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Suspension and changes
We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may update these Terms. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
